Howard County Traffic Payments
Maryland District Court traffic payment plans are available only under specific conditions captured in the research. The person must owe at least $150 in outstanding traffic fines to the District Court, agree to make monthly payments of 10% of the total fine, and notify the clerk of address changes during the plan.
